With a water repellant and down proof outer shell made from 100% Polyester dull fire 380T, the Whistler Vest features an interior storm flap with chin guard, easy grip zipper pull, upper and lower exposed contrast coil zipper pockets, and zipper pocket garage. The vest is insulated with 80% Down / 20% Feathers.
